The Alumni Academy of the Faculty of Law of the University of Montenegro is organizing a round table entitled "Unlocking the power of ADR: How to design a robust dispute resolution clause?", in cooperation with the recognized international arbitration institution VIAC - Vienna International Arbitral Centre, whose seat is in Vienna-The event is planned for October 6, 2023, at 11 a.m., hall III of the Faculty of Law of the University of Montenegro, and the dean of the Faculty of Law and VIAC ambassador for Montenegro, professor Aneta Spaić, lawyer Đorđe Novčić (JPM & Partners), lawyer Lana Vukmirović Mišić (LVM Law office - JPM Partners), Fahira Brodlija (GIZ), Vesko Božović (Arbitration Court PKCG), Maja Golović Vojinović (Arbitration Court PKCG), as well as the general secretary of VIAC, Niamh Leinwather.We invite students, as well as the wider interested professional and scientific public, to attend the round table and contribute to the promotion of alternative dispute resolution in the economy, but also gain insight into ways of formulating reliable clauses for alternative dispute resolution.
